Sometimes peer pressure is a good thing!

How much more likely would you be to get in a good workout if you had a friend or two to do it with? I know, for me, I’m much more likely, not only to do it, but to do it better. When you work out with friends, chances are you will sweat more, push harder and walk away feeling better. Add a trainer to the mix and you have small group training!

My small group this morning kicked a**! There is nothing better than listening to my group encourage each other. A simple “You can do it”, “keep going” or “5 more seconds” can be the difference between a good workout and a GREAT workout!

I encourage you to try it. Find a workout buddy. Be accountable to each other. And most importantly…HAVE FUN!
